더 나은 서비스 제공과 앱 마켓 정책 준수를 위해 2026년 1월 5일(월)부터 이용약관 및 개인정보처리방침이 변경됩니다.

1. 변경 배경

- 스마트캐디(앱) 전용 약관 분리 (골프버디 하드웨어 약관과 분리)

- 앱 마켓(구글/애플/삼성) 결제 및 환불 정책 현행화

2. 주요 변경 사항

① 적용 대상 변경

(기존) 골프버디(단말기) 및 스마트캐디 통합

(변경) 스마트캐디 모바일 및 워치 앱 전용으로 한정

② 환불 규정 명확화 (전자상거래법 반영)

결제일로부터 7일 이내 서비스 미사용 시 청약철회(환불) 가능함을 명시하였습니다.

구글/갤럭시 스토어의 경우 48시간 이후~7일 이내 건은 고객센터를 통해 처리가 가능함을 안내하였습니다.

③ 개인정보 처리방침 현행화

불필요한 기기 정보 수집 및 하드웨어 위탁 업체 삭제

헬스 데이터(심박수 등) 및 결제 토큰 수집 명시

개인정보 보호책임자 변경: 전대균 → 이재원

운영 도메인 변경: golfbuddy.com → golfwith.golfzon.com

3. 시행 일자

2026년 1월 5일 (월)

이의 제기 및 동의

- 개정된 약관에 동의하지 않으시는 경우, [설정 > 계정 관리 > 회원 탈퇴]를 통해 거부 의사를 표시하실 수 있습니다.
- 시행일 전까지 별도의 의사표시(탈퇴)가 없는 경우, 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
- [유의] 유료 구독 회원은 탈퇴 전 **반드시 앱 마켓에서 '정기 구독 해지'를 하셔야 추가 결제가 되지 않습니다.

[Notice] Updates to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Hello, this is Smart Caddie. To provide better service and comply with app market policies, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be updated effective January 5, 2026 (Monday).

1. Background of Changes

- Separation of Smart Caddie (App) terms from Golfbuddy (Hardware) terms.

- lignment with app market (Google/Apple/Samsung) payment and refund policies.

2. Major Changes

① Change in Scope

(Previous) Integrated terms for Golfbuddy (Hardware) and Smart Caddie.

(Current) Limited to Smart Caddie Mobile and Watch Apps only.

② Clarification of Refund Regulations (Compliance with E-commerce Laws)

It is explicitly stated that subscription withdrawal (refund) is possible within 7 days of payment if the service has not been used.

For Google/Galaxy Stores: Requests made after 48 hours but within 7 days can be processed through our Customer Center.

③ Update of Privacy Policy

Removal of unnecessary device information collection and hardware-related 3rd party partners.

Explicit mention of collecting Health Data (Heart rate, etc.) and payment tokens.

Change of Chief Privacy Officer (CPO): Jeon Daegyun → Lee Jae-won

Change of Operating Domain: golfbuddy.com → golfwith.golfzon.com

3. Effective Date

January 5, 2026 (Monday)

4.Objections and Consent

- If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may express your refusal by withdrawing your membership via [Settings > Account Management > Delete Account].
- If you do not express your refusal (withdraw) by the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
- [Note] Paid subscription members must cancel their 'Recurring Subscription' in the app market before withdrawing membership to avoid additional charges.
